Developing Typing Skills
Developing strong typing skills through typing practice provides a foundation for most, if not all, of the writing a student will do in school and beyond. Through regular typing practice, students will be able to develop their typing skills and become proficient and quick at the computer. Improved typing skills result in better concentration for the student on the other aspects of writing rather than fumbling for the right keys.
Time4Writing’s free writing resources help students develop stronger typing skills through fun and challenging keyboarding games, instructional printables and a helpful presentation. In addition, these materials complement Time4Writing’s online courses. Designed to help students improve their writing skills, regardless of academic grade or proficiency level, Time4Writing’s 8-week courses provide more in-depth practice and one-on-one instruction by a certified teacher.
