If you have already completed Step 2 in the signup process, you can now move onto the third and final step; creating an account by choosing "Create New Account" below.

After you have filled out the registration form you will be sent a confirmation to the email address you list. Click the confirmation link to confirm your account and log in for the first time. Each subsequent time you log in, you'll just use the form on the left side of the page.
